Often, buildings are found not complying with the code requirements or designed based on obsolete versions of the Codes. Even more often, changes in the usage or the particulars of the buildings create conditions that raise concerns about the safety of the occupants and visitors. Fire Experts can recognize and identify a hazardous fire growth potential in a building or space, given field observations, so that the hazardous conditions are identified, documented, and reported following the policies of the ADCD. In Fire Experts , you will find the engineers having the required experience in the design and installation field as well as the operational area, i.e. firefighting. Using our combined experience, we can assess the building’s performance in terms of Fire and Life Safety.
After evaluating the performance of a building, we produce a report of suggestions that can bring the building to an acceptable level of safety, considering the feasibility and the cost of the suggested actions.Focusing on achieving fire and life safety environments, property protection, and compliances, we tailor our services to mitigate the properties’ risks. For the modern and new construction, FE will provide design development support, confirmation of the code compliances, AHJ’s approval, and, consequently, periodical inspections as per the Code of practice. Fire Experts will also provide a detailed examination to identify the shortcomings of the existing buildings. Accordingly, they will suggest numerous feasible options for consideration by researching remediation methods and comparing the level of risk to a baseline to quantify the grade of improvement from the current condition of the building.
